We were recently in Tufo in the Campania region in Southern Italy, visiting Enzo's sister. Tufo isn't only famous for Greco di Tufo, a white wine made from ancient grapes, but also its walnuts and hazelnuts. Enzo's sister gave us some and Enzo made a super delicious recipe. I couldn't resist trying my hand at making Trofie and it isn't as easy as it looks! So please be kind if there are any pasta grannies reading this.
