Pasta making is rather trendy but have you tried making Gnocchi? In this week's episode of Piazza Talk Lucca, Enzo prepares Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, one of my mother-in-law's favourite dishes. Eating it brought back many happy memories of days in Sorrento. The wonderful crust on this baked gnocchi and the potatoes grown by a friend made a wonderful dish full of Italian flavour.
