In this weeks video vlog Piazza Talk Lucca, which is now replacing our blog un prosecchino (so please subscribe, it's free, you just need a google account), we share a bit of the joy of this corner of northern Tuscany, media . We meet up with a group of friends who are rare breed farmers and cultivators of ancient grains at a local village fare. As also we end up eating their produce and enjoying a fun day helping to spread the word about why these breeds and crops are still relevant today. It is wonderful to work with people who are so passionate about their livestock and way of life.
